Westcoast Building Maintenance is a janitorial cleaning company offering a wide range of cleaning services to businesses in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Our cleaning services include janitorial, office, commercial and post-construction cleaning. Services also include professional carpet cleaning, window cleaning, pressure and power washing.
The business was founded by Tony Addante in 1974 as Cosmopolitan Building Maintenance and incorporated in 1990 as Westcoast Building Maintenance Ltd. It quickly grew to become one of Vancouver’s premier janitorial cleaning companies. Today, our company contracts services to many commercial properties, office towers, academic institutions and construction companies throughout the Lower Mainland and continues to grow through dedicated customer service and guaranteed workmanship.

Westcoast Building Maintenance is fully bonded and insured. All employees carry additonal bonding coverage for any on-site incidents. We are members of the WorkSafeBC and the Better Business Bureau of B.C. programs.
Our Guarantee
Westcoast Building Maintenance will make every effort to ensure that customers are satisfied with our services. If customers are not 100% satisfied with our services, we will return to the premises and ensure that work is completed to customers’ satisfaction. If work is performed defectively, we will offer a full refund.
