Questions and AnswersQ. If we choose Westcoast Building Maintenance as our Janitorial Service Provider are we committed to any long-term service contract?A. No. Our services stop when you tell us to. However, it is recommended that you give notice of your cancellation. There are no cancellation fees. Q. Is your company fully insured and bonded? A. Yes. Westcoast Building Maintenance carries full insurance and bonding coverage. We are also a member of the Worker's Compensation Board with good standing. Q. We're not sure how easy it would be to switch to another Janitorial service. How would we go about this and what are some precautions we can take? A. Switching to another Janitorial Service is rarely a difficult task. We would recommend that you go over any contract or agreement made with your current provider (if one has been made and is still in effect) and see if there's a cancellation clause. If so you may have to formally give notice of your cancellation. Q. Are all your services the same for every location or can we customize our services? A. Yes. Just let your estimator know what concerns you have about your cleaning and we will customize your estimate towards your specific needs. Q. We've noticed that our last cleaning services started off good but the quality seemed to drop off after a few months. How can we be sure that you wouldn't do the same thing? A. One of the reasons customers seem to go through this is that many janitorial firms choose to contract their services out. When this happens, not only does the cost-effectiveness drop because of the middle-man, but it creates a lackadaisical approach to the delivery of your services. Westcoast does not sub-contract and treats each and every customer with equal importance whether they're a new or a 10 year old customer. |
